Remove demo content

I installed the App demo before enabling the Slider Revolution plugin. I have activated the plugin, but apparently the plugin needs to be activated before the demo content is installed for the sliders to be installed. How can I uninstall the App demo content so that I can reinstall it with Slider Revolution activated?

(Also, I thought I might just uninstall X and start all over, but I do not see the “delete” link in the Theme Details, where it appears with other themes. How does one delete the X theme and child theme?)

To reset the demo content, please append the following to your domain:

/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-home&x-clean-demo-content-cache
