To remove that border, please add the following CSS under Customizer > Custom > Global CSS:

.x-navbar {
border: none;
}

Can you please try following code instead? Please add the code in X > Launch > Options > CSS:

.x-navbar {
    border: none !important;
}

If border is still there could you please provide us with your website URL so we can take a closer look?
