I have a full page rev-slider on my site, it still shows a white margin below the slider. I would like to remove the white space below my rev-slider and remove the scroll bar form the left hand side of the page if possible. I have seen other posts with similar queries, however I can’t seem to get anything to work myself.

Removing whitespaces is sometimes fixed by changing padding from either the element itself or an element above/below it or you can perhaps add custom CSS for this page, like given here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/reduce-whitespace-above-and-below-page-title/
To remove the scroll bar (if it is the same as a sidebar), you can go to: edit page --> page-attributes --> template (on the right side) --> choose: Layout - fullwidth
