Remove Author code for Integrity Stack

Hello,

I found the code to remove the author from posts, but when I change the stack name in the code it breaks the output on the page. The original code has ethos so I changed it to integrity which is the Stack I am using.

Hi Ben,

Thanks for reaching out. The idea behind how this works is called “pluggable functions” which means child themes can supply a new function to replace theme behavior. You can plug a function anytime you see it wrapped in function_exists like your screenshot. Whenever you plug a function you will want to make sure you start by modifying the original. Starting with the Ethos version will give you Ethos specific markup and it won’t be styled corrected. Try removing the code you have and adding this to functions.php of a child theme:
