Another question popped up while I was working on the site. For some reason, I can’t seem to get a 3-column template on this page for larger screens. The third column wraps to the second line, even though there’s space for it on the first line. Link provided in secure note.

Can you advise me on how to correct this?

Hi Natasha,

The layout of your ROW on large screen is set to 1/3 + 2/3

If you need that to be in 3 columns, please set that to 1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3 or same as on extra large screen 1/4 + 1/2 + 1/4

Thank-you but yes, I did do that. However, when I set a third one on larger screens, it wraps to the next line so only two columns appear on the top row. Is there a way the whole width of the row can be used?

Also, I’m really sorry to ask, but can I request that you delete the screenshot as it shows identifying information? (logo + photo)

I have checked the same but didn’t find the issue you described in an earlier comment. Can you please explain what exact error you are having, the last screenshot does not describe that?

In the screenshot, there is a large area of space to the right of the text block for the third column to go in – but the third column is either wrapping to the next line or (as in the screenshot) disappearing altogether. I have to stretch the browser window quite a bit to fit the third column – and even then, there’s a large amount of space to the right of the column. The row does not allow for third column to expand to the remaining width of the row.

hey Natasha,

The 3rd column disappears because you have enabled the “Hide During Breakpoints” on this column. You can find this in the “Customize” tab in our 3rd column settings.

The columns will collapse on smaller screens because that is what your Column Layout setup. You can find this in your Row element settings.

By the way, I found out that you are using Pro 4.3.3. If you are going to upgrade, please do it now because the Column Layout in the Row element settings was relocated to accommodate the element Responsive Styling.

Yes, I understand that. However, I’m on a desktop computer. Even on larger screens, the third column disappears or wraps to the third line when there is ample space for the third column.
