Reinstalling Essential Grid

If I delete and reinstall Essential Grid, will I lose the Grids and their settings, or are they stored outside the plugin?

Hello @johnboak,

Thanks for writing in! To make sure that the grid will not be removed, please delete the Essential Grid plugin manually. How to do that? Please log in to your FTP and then browse to the plugins folder, wp-content/plugin/ and manually delete the ess-grid folder.

If you do not have the FTP details, kindly install the WP File Manager plugin. This plugin will enable you to browse to the mentioned plugin folder and be able to delete the Essential Grid plugin folder manually.
