Hey @jcongerton,

I switched to the default WordPress theme and the text is still there. I understand that it came from our theme. But, if our theme is causing that, the text should disappear when you switch to the default WordPress theme.

With that said, the next thing to check are your plugins. I suspect this is caused by the caching plugin but it’s best that you test all plugins. Please do a plugin conflict test. Follow this guide: https://youtu.be/D7n0cvKU68E

Also, I see that your license is for Pro, but you’re using X. Please use the Pro theme.

If the issue persists after the plugin conflict test, please provide FTP access. In case you’re not familiar with FTP, you can get that from your web host.

All sorted, i have to say i thought i had done a plugin check but must have missed one, found the culprit! Thank you.
