Hi there,

When i tried to edit with cornerstone tools, i got the message “A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading.”

could you suggest how to solve it?

Thanks for writing in!

This could be down to a number of reasons, please try the following:

1: Disable all other plugins apart from Cornerstone and test if the editor then loads. If it does, reactivate plugins one by one until the editor breaks again. That then means plugin “ex” caused the issue.

2: If you have any caching plugins make sure they are deactivated for testing purposes and ensure all caches are cleared.

3: If you are using Cloudflare make sure it is in development mode. If you aren’t sure what cloudflare is, you can ignore this step.

4: Remove any custom CSS/JS added. A small syntax error will prevent the preview from loading.
