Regarding Child theme css file

Hello,

My child theme came with a blank css file. I have populated that with the effects css codes which I downloaded free from the cornerstonetemplatestore.com .

My question is, when adding these classes to my page elements, do I need to add the css for the effect to go with it, or will it be loaded in my style.css file for every page?
