I bought X theme in this week,
But very complicated to use. Tutorials and documentation doesn’t help me.
I also disabled the theme and plug-ins.
I can also send you screenshots that I have deleted and deactivated.

All sales are handled through ThemeForest, and their parent company Envato handles all refund requests. You can read more about their process here
