ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined (Gravity Forms)

Hello,

I’m using Gravity forms, and the custom code (recommended here https://gravitywiz.com/set-number-of-list-field-rows-by-field-value/) in my functions.php file. The form functions exactly how I want it to.

However, I get a jQuery error on submission of the form, which is actually causing the form to fail to submit correctly on some browsers.

I’m not using any caching plugins. I looked through the forum to find if I should be using the custom code in a different way with X Theme. I could really use your input, thanks!

Hi @jmcve146,

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin (Gravity Forms) and their snippet. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Thank you for your understanding.
