Reduce top padding of visual composer elements

Hi there, all elements of visual composer have some excessive padding which I cannot seem to alter. This effects text, headings and anything else. Please help

Please try adding the following CSS under Customizer > Custom > Global CSS:

.vc h1, 
.vc h2, 
.vc h3, 
.vc h4, 
.vc h5, 
.vc h6, 
.vc .h1, 
.vc .h2, 
.vc .h3, 
.vc .h4, 
.vc .h5, 
.vc .h6 {
    margin-top: 10px;
}

eg.
