Reduce the previwe text of recent posts

Hi, these are tweo recent post on the startpage of I website I am currently workin.
Is it possible to reduce the text. Don´t want to show so much text before user come to the read more button.

Hi Andre,

Please go to X > Theme Options > Blog > Content > Content then change the Excerpt Length value.
