Redirects - Shop Page not working

Hello

I recently duplicated my main website to start a new website for it’s sister company.
I have removed all the irrelevant content and am ready to build it back up again however I’m having an issue with the Shop Page.

On the original site it was called Online Store, and on this site it will be called Shop. I have changed all the settings where I can to read /shop/ however on the live site, when I click on the the “Shop” tab, it takes me to the url /online-store and comes up with a redirect error

I have downloaded the plugin Redirection and have deleted all the /shop/ ones but still nothing is working.

Please help me fix this error!! Thanks so much!

It might be the issue of page slug. Please make sure you have changed the page title and page slug as well.

To change to page slug, go to pages—>Click on the Quick Edit

Now change the page slug from here.

if it does not work for you we need to check your setting for that, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts
