I’ve created a CS Form on moelskov.dk/logodesign/ and when you’ve filled out the form and pressed the submit button, it redirects to moelskov.dk/tak/. It shows the right content from the /tak/ page but it doesn’t change the URL to moelskov.dk/tak/?
It’s a problem because I track conversions when customers reach the /tak/ page.
How can I change this?

I checked on my end, and it is working fine on my end. I have tested it on my end it is working fine. I would suggest you please ensure the setting is like this. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

Yes it works but when I click the submit button on the form on the page called /logodesign/, it should redirect to the page called /tak/. It shows the content and layout from the /tak/ page, but the URL in the browser does not change. It looks like it pulls the content instead of redirect to the right page.
