Recover X?

Hi, I acidentally removed my theme from the Wordpress / Appearance / Themes section. How would I recover that ? I have package from the Themeforest where is my licence for X… but not actually theme installer

Hello Viliam,

Thanks for writing in! You can log in to your ThemeForest account, go to the Downloads section and then download the X theme. You will need to unzip the x_package.zip file and you will find the x.zip which is the X theme install file. Or you can simply go to your APEX dashboard (https://theme.co/apex/dashboard) and get the x.zip file directly.

Hi Viliam,

That seems to have something to do with your caching issue. Did you rename the x folder to something else? When I first visit your site it’s in 2017 theme, when I reload it changes to X theme. Like my advice on your other thread, please Purge all your caching features.

I have nothing like 2017 theme even in the FSTP,

I tried to purge all - in the Cloudflare / In WP Rocket, didnt work sorry ( I mean about error concerns the caching)

We have tried logging in. We encountered this error:

Please contact your hosting provider and ask for further assistance. They can always revert back to the previous stable state or just before you accidentally removed something in your site.
