Record not found message

Hello,

I am seeing a an error on my hompage. Screenshot attached.

I had deleted a section with reveloution slider with a view to replacing it with a new section with a single image.

Now all I see in the top right hand corner is ‘record not found’.

I have added a private message with the domian name and login details.

Thanks for writing in! I have tried to login to your site, but it seems that you enabled htaccess password for the pages as well.

Could you please provide that access or disable it temporarily, so that we can look into your issue.

Hi There,

I was able to locate the htaccess credentials within the login page.

When I have updated your Slider Revolution plugin and disabled it temporarily, your homepage loaded fine.

Can you purge your server cache and re-test it on your end let us know how it goes.
