Hi. I’m having trouble getting the non-profit demo and getting the ‘record not found problem’ I’ve noticed others have mentioned. I’ve attempted to follow recommendations made in past posting … and a I have fully uninstalled - reinstalled xtheme making sure slider plugin was installed and activated first… still have that error. Cache has been cleared etc. Can someone take a look please?

This issues usually happens when Revolution Slider was not installed or active when you have imported the demo content. As a result, the demo content only imported the post, pages, theme settings but not the sliders because it was not installed or active.
Since you gave the access already, I have logged in and re imported the slider to resolve this issue.
You can check your site now.

Thanks… really appreciate the help. FYI - On reinstall ( after full delete of everything) I made sure to activate Revolution Slider first before activating the demo…and still no luck. So I was doing something wrong in the initial slider activation - what I still don’t know.
In any event…thanks for getting me back on track.

If you install another demo content, please make sure that Revolution slider is installed and active first before importing any of the demo contents. And if the demo content were installed and the slider is missing, you may download the necessary slider from this link: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/4hk8ptker54t21a/AAAZvM6V9wkVyKqYH2HJ94zPa?dl=0 and import it in your revolution slider panel.
