Recent update has wiped my code- help please :)

Hey Themeco forum legends! I have a small issue with my website and was wondering if you could help me out?

So I feel I may have made a bit of a blunder, before the latest theme update; I enlisted the help of someone to install a search bar widget under my webstore’s category archive pages. They also helped me fix my search results page so that it would display square images, with prices in a catalogue format instead of the seemingly default “view post” blog style format. After a recent theme update, these both stopped working and I wanted to know if there’s anything you guys could do to help me get this working again? The CSS code is still there but I suppose the PHP codes have been wiped. I have attached screenshots so hopefully it is easy to understand what I mean. Any assistance is much appreciated. Thank you very much, take care.

Hello Jaquelyn,

Regretfully, we cannot provide support for scripts created by third party developers due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer since it would not be feasible for us to trace the previous work/customization done by someone else.

Thank you for your understanding.
