Recent posts widget and search results CSS

Hi X,

I’m having two issues at https://www.academie2080.com

  1. In the footer, the recent posts are no longer linking to the posts themselves, just to the same page…

  2. I’m trying to customize the top alignment/margins for the search results page here… what would be the correct css code to call it?

Hi there,

  1. The problem is that you did not set the WPML plugin correctly. As soon as I deactivated the plugin the links in the recent posts widget worked ok. You need to make sure that you do have pages set for all languages in Settings > Reading. You already get the warning message about that:

I also turned off the Cache from the Settings > General as that is getting the way during the development process. You can put it back on when the development is finished.

  1. The problem is originated from the header that you are using. Go to the Header Builder and change the Bar setting from Absolute to Relative and you will not have that problem anymore.

Kindly open up new threads for additional questions as it will help us to focus on each issue and give you a better support which you deserve. Having a long threads makes the maintaining job harder and also it will be harder for the other customers to find the correct information if they have similar issues. You are always welcomed to reply to this thread to follow up the same question.
