Hi guys,

I’m searching for hours, but I can’t find a solution…
I want to make an element that shows a list of recent posts, one post per row. A bit like this: https://www.esquire.com/nl/mantertainment/
(the James Bond / Jason Statham post layout)

On the left:

  • category
  • date
  • title
  • short description

On the right:

  • Featured image (if possible, a zoom in on hover)

Is it possible to make something like this?
I tried it with Essential Grid, but it’s only possible to put a title/description on top or at the bottom of the featured image.

I hope you can help me.

Hi, is it possible to do this and have two rows? using a shortcode similar to this:
[recent_posts count=“3” no_image=“true”]

i would like to have 6 recent posts, but 3 across in two rows.

I figured this out with some css, but it would be great to add a limited amount of the content. Is that possible? I would like to add a sentence or too, with a “…” at the end.
