Recent Posts as Homepage

Hi.

I made my homepage my latest posts but I want to use Yoast so I can optimize what to be displayed on Google. I can’t figure out how to optimize for Yoast as I just set the homepage to be my recent posts.

2.) Your homepage is displaying the latest post which means that your homepages serves as your blog index. I am not sure if I get your question. Could you please give further clarifications as to what you what to do with your homepage/blog index?

Sorry for the bad communication. Basically, when you have a page/post, you can scroll down to the Yoast plugin and type in what you want the SEO title to be, meta-description, focus keyword and etc. I’m not sure how to find the Yoast plugin for my homepage because I set the it to be my recent posts, and there is no page for the recent posts.

Thanks for reaching out.

Your home page became the blog page and there is no Yoast meta section for that similar to standard pages. I did installed the Yoast SEO plugin too but can’t find a way to optimize the blog main page, perhaps, you’ll need help from the plugin author. I’m not fully familiar with the plugin so maybe I missed something.
