Recent blog posts not appearing on mobile

Our most recent blog posts appear fine in the “recent posts” listing on the desktop (Homepage: www.simpleltc.com) but are not appearing on mobile. On a mobile interface, the “recent posts” listing doesn’t show the most recent 2 posts (July 26 and Aug. 1).

Could this be a caching issue? I’ve cleared all caches from W3 Total Cache but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

Desktop and mobile recent post content is the same for me:

Yes, it could be cache. Since you have cleared cache already, we might need to double check your setup. Please share credentials inside a secure note. Thank you.
