Receiving multiple email notifications from CF7

Hi,

I thought I had received some info from you on this topic some time ago, but I can’t find it anywhere. I just received 17 email notifications from one CF7 form submission. What code do I need to add to only receive one notification? This has been happening just about every time someone submits a form. I’m getting between 3 and 17 emails about it.

It seems that the form is been submitted multiple times, it might be due to plugin conflict or SMTP issue. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Version Compatibility
  4. Disabling Cache

In case if it doesn’t work for you please contact your hosting provider to check the SMTP issue. I would also recommend you use the captcha plugin for the site.
