Receiving Error Message

Hi there, I would appreciate some help. I was trying to assign a menu in theme option but I kept getting this message. Any help or explanation in simple terms is very much appreciated.

There could be a plugin conflict that makes the preview not to load or a cache issue, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

• Please check child theme is created properly

• Testing for plugin conflict

• php errors on child theme

• Version compatibility

• CSS/JS customization

• Permalinks

• Disabling cache

I recommend increasing the following server settings to the specified value or larger. Please consult to your web host for all these server settings

• Increase PHP Memory Limit

PHP configuration recommended

memory_limit = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300

If none of that help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
