I am attempting to register licenses for websites purchased through Themeforest, but when I enter the purchase code I get the message: “Purchase code could not be added to user account: License already exists for this Envato Purchase Code.” The codes were used on sites that were hacked and subsequently either rebuilt or deleted. I’m now unable to use the themes on new builds.

Those two licenses are both currently registered in an active X account. Perhaps the account is also your but you have just forgotten it. I have indicated in the Secure Note in this response a hint to the email address of the account where the licenses are registered. I have own the email address, please reset the password of your account so you will be able to login.
In case you have no access to that email, kindly send us the proof of purchase for the license. You should have an email confirmation of the order from Themeforest when you purchases those licenses.
