Is there a way to move around portfolio posts after you have posted them? For instance, I have a certain portfolio piece I always want on the top and not necessarily the one that was posted most currently.

Thanks for writing in! By default it will be listing according to the date posted. You can try setting published dates to the portfolio items to re-arrange according to your requirement.
