Using Pro 2.4.6
Using Integrity stack

Home page is set as the posts page.

On the listing of posts, I only have a ‘…’ ellipsis after the excerpt.

Should this say read more? If not, is there a method to add read more link to the post?

By default, in the Integrity stack, there is an ellipsis and a readmore in the excerpt.
You can check it here:

Did you make any modifications or have installed a plugin that may have cause it? Please provide us the url of the site and your login details so that we can take a closer look.

I found the culprit, it was Advance Excerpts. It was interrupting the native function of the Integrity stack.
