Read More link not showing up

Hi, I added a ‘read more’ link at the bottom section of my website and it’s not showing up on my post.

Thank you for writing in, I don’t see any read more in there, but I saw a hidden div, is that intentional?

If not, then I think you copy and paste that content straight from a word or another site. You need to copy that as plain text, or paste it on a text editor first to sanitize the HTML markup of the text.

Hi,

I scrubbed the text on a Notepad to erase any prior formatting and it still doesn’t work. I’m using the ‘Insert Read More tag’ function in the SiteOrigin Editor and I don’t see the hidden div any more.

Hi Candace,

Although your active theme is X, your content is not created in cornerstone. The layout is made from Site Origin Panels, have you tried contacting them about this issue?

And could you try activating another theme to see if the issue remains? If yes then the cause is probably the Site Origin Panel’s itself.
