Re-sorting title of plugin echo knowledge base

Hey guys

I have a problem with our plugin echo knowledge base. As you can see in the screenshot the title is above the search bar, which is wrong.

I contacted already their support and they told me that the plugin is controlled by the theme.

So since you are the theme provider, I wonder if you have any solution for me?

Hi Andreas,

It will be very difficult to suggest you anything on 3rd party plugin and related issues. Although, it looks like either the single post template of the specific post type has been overridden or you need to create a separate template for a single post and modify it in your child theme to achieve the design you are expecting. If that does not help, please ask the plugin author how to override the template.

They blame it on you because they have two settings: one design controlled by echo knowledge base and one design controlled by your template. I have currently the setting “controlled by your template” which would be you and thus they say you are the ones to help me.

If you have gone through my last comment that, the template may be overridden by the 3rd party plugin and if not you need to create the template for the specific post type. Although it is a 3rd party plugin issue, we are still curious to know the reason behind that. Please note that we do not guarantee a fix nor compatibility for conflicting code.
I would request you share the login credentials of your site in a secure note to investigate.
Please include the following details:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

This will require some template customization if you are going to use our template using the KB plugin in order to attain the desire layout. Regretfully, there’s nothing we can much about on this issue and customization is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your problems or you can avail One where we can answer questions outside of the features of our theme.
