Hello there,
We are experiencing the exact same problem as in the previous ticket:
- Add an item to the basket
- The item can be viewed in the basket dropdown
- Navigate to another page and the dropdown is empty
- Navigate the basket page and the items are all there.
Please see the attached images as an example from this morning.
The first image shows the full basket page but empty basket dropdown.
The next image shows the dropdown after a new item has been added.
But when you navigate to any page the dropdown is empty - I showed the basket page again so you can see the difefrence.
Please can you help us solve this problem? the website sees a lot of customer traffic so we cannot have a broken basket dropdown.
