Hello there,

We are experiencing the exact same problem as in the previous ticket:

  1. Add an item to the basket
  2. The item can be viewed in the basket dropdown
  3. Navigate to another page and the dropdown is empty
  4. Navigate the basket page and the items are all there.

Please see the attached images as an example from this morning.

The first image shows the full basket page but empty basket dropdown.

The next image shows the dropdown after a new item has been added.

But when you navigate to any page the dropdown is empty - I showed the basket page again so you can see the difefrence.

Please can you help us solve this problem? the website sees a lot of customer traffic so we cannot have a broken basket dropdown.

I have checked your website and found the issue. But didn’t find the issue in my local environment. I suspect there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we can troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
