Re-assign site problems

I’m trying to re-assign my site but sadly it does not seem to be revoking from original url. I believe I have done everything correctly. Would appreciate your help!

Thanks for updating the thread.

Please assign the licence to (sharing the domain name in secure note) and then validate it on that site. The domain name I am sharing looks like the root domain based on date of creation. Please note that in multisite environment, all validation applies to the root domain name.

Hi @BurntCork,

You don’t have a cornerstone license in your account and looks like you’re validating your cornerstone with the theme license. So please assign your license to the recommended domain by Prasant since it’s the root domain. The validation will only work on the root domain of a multi-site setup.

And you don’t have to validate the cornerstone, you can also deactivate the cornerstone and delete it. Then go to the validation section and let it install the applicable cornerstone version. Or are you trying to validate cornerstone without updating the theme? You should update theme both, and preferrably, update the theme first.

Huzzah! Thank you - it’s worked.

I am now left with one problem. I do not get custom field ‘blog’ on my pages. I have tried deleting plug ins etc but this has no effect. I do not see any advice on this in the forum.

Please can you assist?

What do you mean custom field blog? Is it related to ACF Pro? Please provide further details in the separate thread for further tracking of this issue.
