Hi Guys,

I Am Experiencing aRaw Content Issue - If More Than One Raw Content Element Included On Page It Copies The Content To All Raw Content Elements and Disregards The Contents of All Raw Content Bar The One That Is copied Everywhere.

Developing the site locally, have used x theme on several sites already, nothing like this experienced. Using child theme, no modification to core files. Only css changes. Plugins used same as on other websites already working ok.

absolutely, where do I upload it? all the other cornerstone elements look to be fine. only raw content is giving trouble, copying the content of the last item to all of them.

What my colleague meant was setup an online development server. You can use a site like https://pantheon.io/ which offers a free development site. Duplicate your site there.

Before that, you can try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do that by deactivating all third party plugins and activating them one by one while checking if the issue persists each time.

You can also record your screen so we could see what’s happening on you end using screencast apps like Jing.

Hi, thanks for your reply, appreciate that. I have recorded a quick video but this thread reply doesn’t let me upload the file unless it’s jpg etc Jing saves it as swf, zipping it doesn’t work either. Where do I sent the screencast? Thanks

Hello There,

As suggested in previous reply, please use app like Jing that also offer free online video sharing to record your screen. After uploading the video, please share the URL.

Would you mind saving that page as template and send us the template file (.csl), so we can take a closer look on your RAW content. This could be a syntax error. You can attach the file on your next reply or upload it to a sharing site like dropbox.com.

Plugins - deactivated all of them.

Issue occurs on every page.

I am developing using wamp on windows 7.

Will send you a template file.

Thank you for the template, unfortunately I was not able to replicate the issue with it. So it seems the issue was on your site or server setup.

Now you really need to upload your site to a staging server so we can do investigate it.
