Hi, I am trying to incorporate an HTML Paypal button into my site, however every time I save the page the “Raw Content” module will get rid of all of the <input type= "..."> and I will only be left with:

<form action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post" target="_top">



<img alt="" border="0" src="https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_US/i/scr/pixel.gif" width="1" height="1">
</form>

and so it will not work… Please help.

Thank you for the credentials, but what is your site’s URL? Please provide us the entire Paypal button code too so we can test it on our end.

I have found a different solution for that problem but now I am having trouble with something else, if that’s okay.

After domain mapping my slider revolution starts to display chinese (I think) as arrows on my home page, could you help with that? I tried following this solution, but it was no help:

Thanks but I don’t see any Chinese characters on your slider from your homepage. Please clarify perhaps provide us screenshot.

In the meantime, please update your PRO to the latest version (1.1.1)

Remember to clear all caches after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Hi,

I had disabled the arrows because I was showing the website to a client. However the Chinese characters seem to have disappeared so that is good news. My concern now is that I cannot update my PRO to the latest version… This is what I see:

I see that same screen regardless of whether I am super admin or just normal site admin. The updates bar does not show up.

I just realized the Chinese characters only appear after domain mapping has taken place, it works fine as the subdomain that it is.

Hi there,

You have to manually update your theme from X Pro to Pro, there is a name change especially the folder name. The 1.1.1 is the first and latest version for Pro.

I still don’t see that Chinese or special characters in your slider. Would you mind providing a video recording on how we can reproduce it?

Our latest versions are:

  • Pro theme 1.2.7 or
  • X theme 5.2.5
  • Cornerstone 2.1.7
