Raw Content element for UberMenu integration

Hello there,

Please see the attached screen grab.

I am using the header builder and have added an UberMenu shortcode to a raw content element following the instruction here: https://theme.co/docs/ubermenu#ubermenu-and-the-pro-header-builder.

The menu is not appearing, though - have I done something wrong here?

Kind Regards,

Spencer

Hi @marc_a,

Thanks for getting back

Kind Regards,

Hi Spencer,

I have checked all of your pages, headers and footers but didn’t get that structure as described in your screenshot. Can you please share the exact URL of the page where you are having that problem for further investigation?

Thanks

Hi @tristup,

Of course, it’s here: http://odettel13.sg-host.com/cornerstone/headers/18

There is also the weird problem of the navigation on the homepage now recognising the Uber columns - you can see the tags in the dropdown. Have I missed something obvious in the setup?

Thanks!

Spencer

Hi Spencer,

The credentials are shared for a different website. I would request you share the details of the site where it is situated.

Thanks

Hi @tristup,

Sorry about that, different project! Please see the new credentials.

Thanks!

Spencer

Hello Spencer,

You should be using the Ubermenu shortcode [ubermenu config_id="main" menu="2"] in the Raw Content element.

Best Regards.
