1. Is there a specific plugin that has to be turned on in order to use this footer?
2. In another post, you mentioned Email Form or ConvertPlus. I activated the Email Form plugin. Does it work on its own or does the site owner have to have one of the 3 email platforms that you show? If the latter is there another plug-in that is required to connect Email Form to the list/campaign/form mentioned? What happens if the site owner doesn’t use any of the services you stated in the “Email Form” plug-in?

1. Specifically, no. But, you generally would need an email capture plugin and/or service.
2. The site owner needs to signup to a supported email capture service. For more details, please read the Email Forms documentation here: https://theme.co/docs/email-forms.

There’s no use for the Email Forms plugin if you’re not going to sign up for one of the email services. For this case, you will want to use ConvertPlus as it has the ability to store captured emails inside WordPress.

After the email plugin setup, add the Email Forms or ConvertPlus shortcode in Ravenwood’s email modal (Content Are Modal).
