RankMath issue

I think its a RankMath issue, the post showed fine before adding RankMath details. Its almost like the layout is duplicating some of the content…but other posts are fine and they use the same layout. You can see at the bottom of the post that the title and some of the post content are repeated.

Hi Riceman,

Thanks for reaching out.
I would suggest you deactivate the RankMath temporarily and check if that resolves your issue. If that resolves, please contact the Plugin Author on this case.

Thanks

Yes, the issue is probably with Rankmath, i thought i would see if there might be a conflict on the Pro end. Thanks

You are most welcome.

Well, Rankmath is off and we still see the issue. It seems like there is a “post preview” showing, but ONLY on this post and not others. I dont see anything odd with the Layout.

Hi Riceman,

If you are still facing the same issue there might be a few other reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.

well, whats odd is that it is only one post that is dong this…not all posts. I have everything updated and still the problem persists

Hi Riceman,

I have checked the page URL through the Default Editor, also the Layout but didn’t find any reason for that issue. It might be something else that is behind the issue, I would suggest you grant the privileges to access all the menus like Themes and Plugins for further investigation. Or else please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

shoot, I always forget to give the proper access(i use white label and it restricts certain admin accounts)…

you should be fine now with the same login that is in the secure note above. Thanks!

Hi Riceman,

I have checked the post thoroughly and found that the only post which is having such an issue, even in the duplicate post without any content. If you have not troubleshot the common issues mentioned in the earlier post, please do that and if that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

OK, I did trouble shoot it properly. I assume there must be something odd within the post itself. Ill look again. Thanks!

UPDATE: I have no idea why, but the problem seems to hav magically disappeared. I created a new blank post and began to copy over piece by piece, and then suddenly the old post was working fine. We did update all plugins so maybe there was an issue with one of them, and the cache was still showing the old issue? I dont know, but its OK now… Thanks again for your help!

Hi Riceman,

Glad to know the problem is resolved now.

Thanks
