Hi there, Some elements have stopped working properly recently. Portfolio and Blog pages start to load and nothing. Images are disappearing and callout cards are acting strange. Thought it might be a plugin conflict so I disabled all of them with still the same outcome. Any ideas anyone??
Thanks, James
Hey James,
The site registered to your license uses a very old version of Pro and it might not be compatible with the latest version of WordPress anymore.
It is not just plugin conflict that could cause issues in a WordPress site. Please also check for the following solutions that might solve the issue particularly in your site:
Only if none of that helps, please give us the following info in a Secure Note.
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin username and password
You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
Thanks.
Hey dude, I have tried all those suggestions.
At the moment If I login it displays the front end as is supposed to, If I open a private browser though the CSS is broken, Portfolio and Blog doesn’t work either.
No button here for secure note or I’d give you a login.
Regards
James

Hello @Sulli1432,
Please check your server settings. It seems that there is a database error and we can not log in and check your site.
Thanks.
Hey dude
Sorry, had a disk issue… Should be good now!!!.
The Blog labelled the Lens is having the same issues as Portfolio I think.
Just randomly stupid after updating.
Regards
James
Hey James,
I checked your site in incognito and it displays the same as when you’re logged in (see secure note)
The issue could be your browser. Would you mind checking in other browsers? Please also contact your web host to clear all server caches.
Thanks.
