Hi there!
Is there a way to randomize the order of portfolio items when I use the element “recent posts” in Cornerstone? I’m currently using the stack Ethos in the normal X theme.
I only want the portfolio items to be random: the blog posts still need to be sorted by date.
Thanks!
Hello There,
Thanks for writing in! By default the recent posts element display the items in chronological order. The latest date display first and then the older ones. Regretfully displaying the portfolio items in random order isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
Thanks for understanding. Take care!
