Random Order for Looper Provider not working

Hey Folks,
I have set the looper provider on a testimonials page to be random but the results remain in the same order. I’ve added a page cache exclusion but it didn’t help. What am I missing?

Thanks for writing to us.

You need to go to the WordPress dashboard ->WP Engine->Site-Settings->Allow ORDER BY RAND.
