Random Margin Between Sections

Hello,

Are you seeing a 20px white margin appearing above and below various of my sections on the home page: https://verobeachwebsitedesign.net/? It is especially noticeable if you scroll to the bottom of the page.

If you can see it can you please tell me how to remove these? I took away a topbar and am thinking that has somehow caused this issue.

To remove/replace that please adjust the values in section as shown in screenshot. https://www.screencast.com/t/ppjx8xm1
