Hello,

I am needing to add a quora pixel to my website between the head tags. Can you advise me on how to do that?

Regretfully, there is no such option to add the JavaScript code into the header, but you can add the code using any of the free plugins from the WordPress repository. Please find the article on how to add the code in header & footer and also the plugin that helps you.
