How do you create the layout in the area that says more than dispute letters?

To create the area with the “more than dispute letters” text, you will need to edit your page in Cornerstone and Add a section. You should be having two columns for your row. And then you can make use of the featured headline and a text element. You may also use a headline element and insert an icon next to it.
On the left side, you can insert an image and place it at the center of the column by aligning it to center in the column settings.
