Is it possible to create a new “My Cart” page with the newest version of PRO builder? And set it to be default since I don’t like how my default one looks and I would like to customize it

Cart page is a WooCommerce reserved page and rendered with the specific shortcode and contents. And it will override the content if anything is added previously.
Currently, it’s not recommended to edit WooCommerce reserved pages through the builder due to hook conflict. I would suggest using the standard editor (WordPress editor) for WooCommerce reserved pages.
