Question About ACF Pro Access and License Cancellation

Hello,

I purchased a single license on 26th January 2024 and later upgraded to an Unlimited License on 25th July 2024. I’ve already moved everything to the Unlimited License and now need to cancel the Single License.

However, I have a question: I noticed that ACF Pro is available on my Unlimited License, even though I thought the cut-off date for this was 1st April 2024. Is this because of my Single License purchase before the cut-off date?

If I cancel my Single License, will I lose access to ACF Pro on my Unlimited License?

Hey Almir,

Are you seeing ACF Pro in all of the sites you use the Unlimited license? If not, it could be that you’re looking at the site you registered under your Single License which still has ACF Pro.

By the way, Single Licenses are different from Unlimited Licenses so they aren’t connected. I will check with our development team if the cut-off date was moved.

Yep all unlimited license sites have ACF Pro.

Ok so it is safe to say that I can cancel my single license and it wont affect my ACF Pro on the unlimited license?

Hi Almir,

As my colleague told Single and Unlimited licenses are two different products and do not affect each other. But if you remove the site from the Single license, you need to add that site to the Unlimited to get validated.

Hey @HCF,

Just want to confirm that, yes, it is safe to cancel the Single license because I’ve checked with our development team that the ACF Pro cut-off is based on when the user registered an account.
