Query the portfolio items and on click,change a section to specific portfolio item

Is this kind of setup possible in Pro? If so, how could I do it that if I choose a category (green highlight), the section below changes to the chosen category and if I click on a portfolio item (orange highlight), it will change to the specific portfolio item on the section below. Thank you!
