So it would be like this:

Education

Medical
Professionals

Is there an easy way to do that? Thanks!

Thanks for writing in! Could you please try adding the following CSS rule into your X -> Theme Options -> CSS area and see if that helps.

.x-menu .menu-item {
    width: 50%;
}

It should render as follows.
