Purchased support but no option for getting help

Still comes up helvetica in every browser I try. iPhone, Brave, Chrome, Safari… cleared cache in all and still no change.

I tried different browsers Safari, Microsft Edge, Chrome, and Firefox then the text is just the same as my screenshot above. This could be some sort of local machine issue, I suggest trying to access your website with a different connection and machine.
