I accidentally purchased a renewal of support before purchasing a license renewal which includes support. This did not extend the support term that came with the license, nor do I want an extended support term. I’m hoping for a refund - can’t find another place to request. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. Did you purchased the support renewal in Themeforest? All sales are handled through ThemeForest, and their parent company Envato handles all refund requests. You can read more about their process here.
