Hey,
I purchased the following license.

can you please change the billing address and my account username and password.

Hey Johannes,

The best course of action for this case would be to unlock the license from your current account first.

Then, create a new account with the unlocked license. You can transfer your other licenses to the new account after.

We also could change your Username and Name but not the Email. For the Password, you need to reset it by using the “Lost your password” link in the login screen.

Regarding the invoice correction, I’m not sure if that is possible. I’ll forward this to the correct person.

i payed with the correct email . my email. but this PayPal email is not printed on the invoice.

in this case nobody can use the invoice…
